- Pre-shipment Inspections (Initial Production Check (about 10% finished), During Production inspection (about 50% finished), Finial Random Inspection (100% finished and at least 80% packed into export cartons.).
- Production Monitoring (TPI inspectors will stay at the factory throughout the production for weeks or months. It is important for your big or sensitive project, because we can monitor the production schedule, supervising the factory's internal quality control, conduct random inspections and report to you every day.)
- Container Loading Supervision (During CLS, TPI inspectors monitor the loading process, checking product quantity, container condition and ensuring the proper handling of your cargo. A simple quality check is performed before loading to verify that the product type and packing details conform to your requirements.)
- Factory Evaluation (Quality Management System (ISO9000), Environment Management System (ISO14000), Social Compliance Audit (SA8000))
